West Bay Holiday Apartments Terms and Conditions of Rental.
1. A non-returnable deposit of £50 per week, or part of, is required on booking. If this is not received within 7 days of initial confirmation it will be assumed the booking is cancelled.
2. The apartment is not considered to be reserved
until the client receives a signed letter of confirmation from the
owners, and accepts the conditions.
3. The balance is to be paid by the date mentioned
in the letter of confirmation (4 weeks before)
4. In the event of a cancellation of the booking,
the whole of the balance of the rental remains payable at the agreed
time specified. If the apartment can be re-let a refund will be made to
the client. (less any expenses incurred)
5. It is recommended that the client arranges a
comprehensive insurance to include cancellation cover, personal
belongings,etc.
6. All bookings are accepted on the understanding
that the apartment is offered for holiday rental only and must not be
used for any other purposes.
7. Included in the price are the following:
Bed linen
Towels
Travel cot
High chair
Bed side on request
Electricity and heating
Reserved parking space
8. The clients will be held responsible for all
damages to the apartment and any breakages, including furniture,
furnishings, fixtures and fittings, equipment, utensils,etc. All
breakages/damages/loss,etc. must be reported and replacement value paid.
9. Bookings are not accepted from persons under 18
years of age, unless guaranteed by a parent, or close relative over that
age.
10. The owners reserve the right to refuse any
booking made.
11. Clients are expected to leave the apartment in the same
condition as when they arrived, and clean
and tidy.
12. The clients must respect the owners’
obligations under the terms of the lease of the property, details of which will be found in the apartment.
13. The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival
and must be vacated no later than 10.30am on the day of departure.
14. SORRY NO PETS.
15. For the comfort of our clients, there is no
smoking in the apartment.
