Bridport is a busy little historic market town only 1.5 miles away from West Bay.
It has a good selection of shops, banks, bars, cafes and restaurants and markets.
Weekly Wednesday and Saturday Markets take place from 8 to mid afternoon. The Saturday market has a large number of antique and Bric-a-Brac stalls located in lower South Street.
The farmers’ market is held on the second Saturday of each month in the Arts Centre.
